Her passion is to support, nurture and service the sisterhood of black and bi-racial women to embrace their naturally textured hair. As an author of two books, including Milady Standard Natural Hair & Braiding, Diane has been able to consult and educate the natural hair care industry about  “beauty wellness” standards around the world. Ms. Bailey has been on the forefront in the development of afro textured hair and pioneered braiding techniques that support hair loss.  As an advocate of natural hair, Diane has spent years on the frontline amplifying the passing of the CROWN Act, in order to reduce race based hair discrimination.
