• Consents and ID (state-issued ID and insurance ID) must be sent via Klara at least two (2) business days prior to the visit.

• All balances should be made at least two (2) business days prior to your virtual visit​

LIVE VIDEO CHAT WITH THE DOCTOR

• We will use video chat (similar to Skype or FaceTime) to review your medical history and look at your skin/ hair/ nail issue. We will send you questions prior to your visit and request clear images of the issue.

  • FOLLOW-UP​​

    • You are considered a follow-up if you have been seen within three (3) years.  New Patient Prices will be applied for patients who have not been seen within three (3) years.

    • All non-hair loss​​​

    • Hair loss follow-ups who have been seen initially in-person
